my light scribe only reads some DVds and not others my trouble shooter shows it to working how ever when i place a lens cleaning disc in It will not function or spin up Is this a reader issue or a driver/security issue or do i own a pice of junk It is no wonder the company has gone out of business My device is a mad dog model TSH652M USB Light Scribe Triple Format 18X external DVD RW. Can any Body help with this It would Be gratly appreciated

Try un-installing the dvd decoding software and re-install it. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you will need to replace the drive.
