Just a quick check to see if anyone out there is experiencing some difficulties installing or using a conexant or intel chipset modem after installing Windows XP Home or Pro with SP1 or SP1A. I am experiencing difficulties connecting to an isp, with the modem reporting back no dial tone, or unable to connect. Tried blind dialling, but just cannot connect. The modems appear to work fine on other machines not running XP, and they used to work fine on XP with no service pack.

Help....
