Please I need you folks help on my laptop HP 550 which I bought not long ago and I find it difficult to browse on the due to the fact that the ethernet lan driver is not installed. I will be very glad if my problem is solved.

Your other problem is your caps lock key is stuck. Loose the caps when posting a request as it's difficult to read and considered YELLING.

When a hardware device doesn't work, and you have no driver installed... well you know the rest. Because it's not installed, your ethernet adapter will never work until you install the driver for it.
