XP pro sp3 recognizes the card as ASOUND and installs the driver auto but it does not work. all other ep-320x-s-1\1d drivers i have downloaded does not support the card though the label on it says so. it2s important because i have around 30 computers with the same problem in the school.

Did this device come installed in the pc at the time of purchase or was it added on later? If the former, please tell us what the pc brand and model is that it came pre-installed in.
