USB support comes from the OS and from service packs. If your controller is USB 2.0, you will need at least SP2 installed otherwise without the service pack, you will only get USB 1.1 support. A USB 2.0 controller is required to get USB 2.0 support.

INF is not a hardware device, it's a driver file extension. So I can't find a driver for the hardware until you id it.

Unzip to a temp folder and run each executable to install, starting with the driver first.
