I just migrated from windows me to win 2k pro. i can't seem to get the migrated box to go onto the web or find the other box on the network (which is still win me). the router lights indicate that the box is connected to the router and all should be fine. when i go to install the router software, i recieve an error that says thet the ip address does not match the router ip address... i was always under the impression that the modem always obtained an ip address. i've tried their suggested ideas, but so far no success. any ideas as to what i am missing???
