Are you referring to the on-board USB controller? If so, USB support for it comes from the OS and by installing SP4. If you don't have SP4 installed, try updating using the "Windows Update" service in your "Start Menu". That should solve your problem. If I didn't guess right, please provide some details of your hardware and what exactly you need.

Also you might want to give us a listing of the hardware details in Device Manager, USB Controllers.
