I got this dual language keyboard in Thailand which was used on my pc there.
It had the old style connecter (round with pins in) and plugged into the back of my tower there.
Now back in uk with a toshiba laptop Equium p300-16T and trying to get it to work with this laptop (for my wife)
bought a usb adaptor and connected it but apart all Num/Caps locks flashing on for 1 second nothing else happens.
Device Manager does not see it so dont know what to do next. Anyone have any Ideas????

It appears that the usb adapter is wrong or the USB port is not working. Is the USB port (it's plugged into) working ok according to Device Manager? A keyboard only needs a driver to make the "special function" or "Internet" keys work. All the normal keys work with plug and play technology. Also check the plug to insure no pins are bent or broke off.
