The drivers downloaded so far do not support Win XP. Where can I find such a driver, please. The modem is described as a PCI Simple Communications Controller.

I doubt that CE 0196 X is a model number so look on the card for the largest square black chip and note the numbers/letters on it.
Also look for a FCC ID number....that will tell us who the manufacturer is. Did it come installed in your pc or was it add-on?
