This device is not a network adapter..... it's a scsi controller. So I'm moving this thread to the "Other" forum since we don't have a SCSI Controller forum.

TRM-S1040E is a Ultra SCSI Processor Chip (number) that resides on the Tekram Tekram DC-315U SCSI controller card. So your model number is DC-315U instead of TRM-S1040E. The JDR website claims it's supported in DOS/Windows 95/98/ME/NT3.51/NT4.0/2000/XP.

The DC-315U has NO on-board SCSI BIOS, so it can only be used on non-bootable devices like scanners or tape drives.
