Unimodem Half-duplex audio device is not a model number. And sound devices don't use "half-duplex". That term is reserved for MODEMS.

We will need a better description in order to help:

1: Used in Desktop or Laptop?
2: Used on an OEM motherboard or a retail motherboard?
3: Brand and model of the motherboard and/or pc system?
4: FCC ID number?

And sound devices don't have IDE interfaces.... most have either PCI/ISA or integrated (eg: built-into the board)
