Please say whether your sound is integrated or add-on. If the former, state what pc brand and model it came installed in.

ac'97 is not a model number nor a sound chipset number. It's simply a term adopted by Microsoft in 1997 defining sound standards. Almost all sound cards and sound chips built from 1997 to about 2007 are AC'97 compliant. The new sound stardard is 'HD' Sound. Sound chips bear names like Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMax, and Sigmatel. I doubt seriously if "Olidata" ever built anything relating to sound, however, you can check their website to see.
