The Abit AU10 motherboard contains the same chipset for audio. It's the only WDM certified FM801AS driver available. You can download it here:

This chipset was built into sound cards and motherboards during the period of 1999 to 2001. Even the Forte Media folks do not support the FM801AS chips an longer.
