They do make these USB to parallel printer cables. I have been told that it is important to have a driver for the correct printer, but that it also be specifically for a parallel printer and, since Macs have never had parallel ports, you can't find these drivers. There is something called USBTB which may solve this.

So I came here and was trying to use the keyword search, but found that process to be partially broken. I type in the keywords "laserjet 2100", but I keep getting about 500 results - too many to search through. Most of them are other types of devices and the keywords can't be in those driver descriptions. I'd like to give feedback about this, but it appears no one is allowed to post in the feedback forum ?@#(*&$. At least I am not, and I don't see any feedback there.

I didn't have any trouble posting in the feedback forum. I just ran a test and it's ok. The comments go to administration so you cannot see what you typed after submitting.

Well, OK Jerry. I should have said that I, as a free member, am not allowed to post feedback. It says that right down there at the bottom: "You may NOT post new threads." Supers users like you are allowed.

But how about addressing my concerns?
