My blu-ray DVD-ROM is not reading discs. I only purchased my laptop 6 weeks ago. It was working intially and now it's not. I can't find this driver anywhere (for Vista). Please help - I'm a novice at this sort of thing as I'm a 47 y.o. female and no techno geek. Thanks.

What hardware or software changes have you done on the machine that caused the problem to start? Have you tried using System Restore and choose an earlier date (like a day or so before the problem developed)? Is the drive visible in "My Computer" and "Device Manager"? Is the drive flagged as having a problem in "Device Manager"?
