the driver I found here doesn't seem to actually be a driver at all.... maybe I'm missing something?

I found the driver here:

However, the name of the driver is "modules.php" ... I'm not sure what to do with this php file. If I run "Add Hardware" (WinXP), it won't take the file when I select it as a driver. If I run the file, it runs in a browser, which asks if I want to save it or open it. If I choose save, it saves it again. If I choose open, it goes to File Download ... and saves it again!
