I'm looking for the software that will allow me to upload pictures on this cameraphone to my computer offline, i'm using windows XP sp2 home edition. Samsung says they don't support this, Sprint has their own picturemail that they charge to your account. I bought the USB data cable online that "claims" to allow one to upload pictures & data but it came without any software. If anyone has this model or knows how this id done I would appreciate your help. Others have told me this is possible with the right software but they have thus far not helped me. Thank you in advance.

Try Mobile Action Handset Manager.
Comes with usb cable, and software suite with driver.

You can buy it at http://usa.mobileaction.com/

They definitely support the m300. I had their suite for my Samsung A840 and it's wonderful.
Unfortunately, they're not supporting my new Samsung, the m320.
