No driver is needed..... connect your camera via the usb cable supplied, the camera will power up and give you a list of options, choose "disk drive" by pressing "ok" button on the camera, When you have the confirmation that your camera has established a connection to your pc go to "my computer" and you should see an icon called "removable drive" or "removable disk", double click this and you will see a folder, cant remember what the folders called, open the folder and you will see another folder called something like "camera100" or something, your images or videos are in this folder. Windows XP recognises this connection without the need for other drivers because as far as its concerned you have not connected a camera, you have connected a storage device which is indeed the memory that your pictures reside, think of it as a very small hard drive....

If this procedure fails to work, check the usb port(s) in Device Manager.
