Ok i have a Windows 2000 professional which have been giving me problems for a long time which i tried to fix but nothing seem to work. ok this is the problem the problem is that i have dial up everytime i try to surf the net i reallt can;t because i get that internet explorer error, and then internet explorer restarts automatically. also my floppy drive, and cd-Rom/dvd rom is not working even though in the device manager it said it works properly. i tried putting in floppy in the floppy drive the light always stay on, i click on the drive in the local c: but all i get is please insert floppy in drive A: it;s the same with the cd-rom why is that?
