I'VE MAINBOARD INTEL CHIPSET FW 82801 BA ,
I USE OS XP PRO SP2, BUT THAT MAINBOARD CANNOT NORMALLY SHUTDOWN AUTOMATICCALLY.

IF I USE WIN98 SE IT CAN SHUTDOWN NORMALLY.

PLEASE HELP ME...TO FIX THAT BIOS MAINBOARD...

You've only provided a chipset that is used on literally hundreds of motherboards. You must identify your hardware.

ie:
1: Motherboard brand and model (if mb. is retail)

2: Pc brand and model (if mb.is OEM)

Note: "FW 82801 BA" is not a sound chipset number. There are only a few sound chipset makers in the world.... amongst them are Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMax, and Sigmatel.
