The camera software crashed. Tried to reinstall the software and got the following info:

Due to the protection of window 2000 the setup program can't deleat the registrykeys of the camera. Please remove them manually with the DeviceManager and run this setup program again.

this doesn't work or i can't find all the keys because i delete all the keys i can find and the message still pops up. i tried to install the latest driver from the philips site with the same result.

any pointers would be great!
