You need the device or you need a driver for the device?

PCMCIA products are made for use on laptops. Did the device come installed on your laptop or did it come packaged in a retail box.

The VT1612a is a Audio Codec chipset made by Via Technologies. I doubt you will find a driver from Via but you can look here: http://www.viaarena.com/

Via has specs posted for this chipset here: http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/audio/codecs/vt1612a/

You may have to look to the vendor for support.
