Conexant doesn't make any modems, they are a chipset maker. Please read our Modem Help Guide (www.driverguide.com/guide2/modem-help.htm) to learn how to find out who made your modem.

However, I've not seen any Conexant chipsets with X64 drivers unless they were built in the last 6-8 months. Modems are cheap, if you are unable to find a driver, just buy a new modem with x64 support. They can be purchased for less than $20.00
