Conexant is a chipset maker. They do not make modems. This sounds like an OEM modem sold by Dell with some of their systems or possible as an accessory item or possibly sold with or for laptops.

I just got this on eBay - use Vista 64-bit and need a driver that works. Any advice? I downloaded the link above but when I plug the modem in and point to the folder (that was created when I opened the RAR file) the modem couldn't find the driver in the folder:curse:
