Epson PM-700C printer driver (parallel port connection) on Win XP English system.

If you need to install the Japanese Epson PM-700C model printer on a Windows XP Pro English System, install the printer as the English Epson model the Epson Stylus Photo ESC/P2 which is on the list of Epson Printers.

It works just fine.

This printer was produced for the Japanese market. I doubt you will find any English support from Epson - Japan. However read this page:

It tells that this printer is the same as Epson Stylus Photo. You can get English drivers by following these instructions:

#2 select country ---->
#3 Drivers & Support --->
#4 Printers --->
#5 Inkjet ---> (or other applicable printer type)
#6 select printer model --->
#7 select Drivers & Downloads (or just click the Windows link)

If your model is not listed then it probably isn't supported in the selected OS or isn't sold or supported in that country, try another country at step #2
