i want to know how to clear the mizilla internet history
and the recent files history

U can go to Tools --> Options..

Which will open a window where in PRIVACY if u select it will list the history and other details. If u click on the history button u can clear all old history & make the remember last visited pages to 0.

In the same options window u can clear or uncheck other options like cache, form information, password information.

Why not use the WebDeveloper extension? Maybe you don't need all the tools it provides, but it's a really good extension for mozilla/firefox and it does provides a private data clean up tool. You can get it from http://chrispederick.com/work/webdeveloper/
