I have artec dvd-rom 16x (GHM-G48), and any dvd movie or CD game isn't start playing, then itself something "audio CD" like icon drive, I clicked dvd-rom driver icon into my computer, then popup this is windows media player and error message..I don't understanding, what is happen? how could I do fix it?

maybe you need a program like power dvd. I can't get windows media player to work with dvds either. Actually I don't think it's compatible with dvds. Try download.com for dvd player programs.

I tried all time...I have powerDVD and winDVD, and etc., but dvd-rom isn't playing...tell me something...thanks
