dear sir/madam
in the device manager there is yellow question mark beside modem and I want to down load driver for modem the only thing that is written when i right click on question mark is PCI modem could you please tell me how I can know the manufacturer or modem type, or any modem driver work with my modem or not. thanks

While there may be hardware identification software available, it would be best to physically remove the modem and look it over. You can get help with learning what is needed by reading our Modem Help Guide (www.driverguide.com/guide2/modem-help.htm).
