About 80% of the PCMCIA Lan cards around have a Digital Equipment or near clone chipset, which means that your card has a good chance of working with drivers for other cards with this chipset in.

Try drivers for any of these adaptors...
Digital DEPCM-AA, PCP78-AC Ethernet
Digital EtherWORKS Turbo Ethernet
D-Link DE-650, DE-660
DynaLink L10C Ethernet
Linksys EtherCard
SMC 8022 EZCard-10
IBM CreditCard Ethernet Adapter
Kingston Etherx

Win 95 has drivers supplied for the D-link 650, the Linksys, the IBM credit card, and Kingston cards (several types) try out these drivers, you have a good chance that one will work.
