I can't get my UC-logic wp5540 serial pen tablet to work
I connected the tablet and turn on the pc, the tablet was connected via ps/2 and serialport.. I use a serial to usb adapter(which is properly installed) because my PC dont have a serial port, installed the drivers and softwares but nothing happens.. the documentation says that there should be an icon on the taskbar but theres none, it can't be detected at the "add new hardware" command..
but the tablet's led lights on, which means its working and has power,but I think it just can't be detected... my OS is winXP..(i tried it on win98, and still the same problem..)
I tried installing it using the "add new hardware" it wasn't detected so i tried choosing it from the list, i choose tablet pointing device and then click have disk..
then it started installing supporting software, after it has finished it says " tablet class installed" but theres an error message saying that " An error occured, a function driver was not specified for device instance.."
Help! anyone?
