This is a 6 leds PC camera, clip-mounted, resolution 640 x 480, but I do not have any manufacturer information.
It works fine in Win XP, but I'm struggling to find Vista drivers.

I doubt Vista drivers were ever written by the Chinese manufacturer who made your webcam.
