The eBAY listing you gave stated the Driver CD was included.

The Operating Systems listed that it works with (Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP, Vista) are 32 bit systems. The ad doesn't mention 64 bit systems. And nowhere in searching the web does it mention this cam will work with a 64 bit OS. I don't think there's a 64 bit driver out there for your cam.

I downloaded this driver to check. No mention of a 64 bit OS.

How about the word DOWNLOAD beside the floppy disk icon on the right hand side? It opens another window with 7 download mirrors on it.
