Everything I could find says the same thing, no drivers were ever released for XP for the OPTi 82c933. Last working driver I could find for this card was for NT. If you want the driver for this card from 95 thru NT they are posted here at Driver Guide. Replacement PCI sound cards are very cheap these days, some start as low as $10-15. Suggest you donate the 82c933 to a museum or put it in an old box running 98 and upgrade.
