Hellllllpppppp! (PLEASE)

I cannot seem to get a driver for my CD Burner(So it recognizes it as a BURNER). It was there about 2 weeks ago and now when I use my Easy CD Creator or WMP, it says that I do not have a supported recording device. When I go to the manufacturers's website it just gives me an upgrade tool and the tool will not work. As I try to register the PCRW404, and I input ANY number that is on the device, it tells me that it is invalid. Therefore I cannot register the product with the manufacturer. It is a Philips PCRW404. Any suggestions?

If you are unable to update your recording software then you must purchase newer software that provides support for this particular drive.

You didn't say what version you are using but I assure you it's too old. Ya gotta upgrade to a newer version.
