Go here to download a NTFS boot disk and copy the instructions from this site:

If you have a XP system and don't have a XP CD you can download the Windows XP boot disk.
For XP Home
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&familyid=e8fe6868-6e4f-471c-b455-bd5afee126d8
For XP Pro
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&familyid=55820edb-5039-4955-bcb7-4fed408ea73f
NOTE: *** The Win XP boot disk takes 6 floppy disks. ***
Before you boot with the six boot disk make sure you place your WXP CD in the drive, at the end of the process you will have a menu, there is a repair process that you highlight! you will get a window and will have the C:\ prompt.
enter: chkdsk /r this process takes some time so be patient!
At the end of the repair process, it will tell you to reboot, make sure you have removed all disks from their drives!

Restart computer by Dos , run FDisk => del nondos patition( 3,4) => creat Primary Patition(1,1) => active Patition(1,2 ). Restart => format C:.
Now you can install Winxp from CDR.
When installation finish : click start => run : cmd
type : convert c:\fs:ntfs ( change another letter :D or E if you want to convert to NTFS )
Good luck
