Recently upgarded to the Dynex DX E-102 Network Card. I have a Windows 98 machine but no drivers. Found the DX E-101 Dirvers but no useable for DX E-102.

I doubt drivers for Windows 98 were ever written. According to this Best-Buy ad, it requires Windows ME, 2000, XP or Vista:
