When I try to open an address for a free cannon download that has been sent to my outlook express a window comes up that says I need netscp6.exe to open. How do I down load it from the net?

If you have a browser installed, it should take you to the site where you want to visit without any additional netscape browser. I suggest you do not partake of the invitation unless your sure of the source of the email and that it's valid. There are sites offering free spyware removal programs.

netscp6.exe is Netscape 6.0.
For what ever reason your operating system thinks Netcape is you default browser. Check settings for the browser you do use and make sure it is set as the default browser. Then when you click on the link the "DEFAULT" browser should open.
