I lost the driver out of my system. I'm not sure how but I would love to be able to use the CD-Rom again. Thanks

You cannot loose a driver because it's built into the os. You don't install an optical drive like other hardware, Windows does it automatically without user intervention.

What is the problem? Is the drive missing from My Computer and Device Manager?
