Hi,hope everyone is fine I need heeeeelpppp actually I started Infran view today and tried to scan from there and since then it says ScanButtonWatchWIndow is still running how can I find this driver on my pc and stop from running????????
I have an older HPScanjet 3300 c and windows xp on my PC!
It's a mess having that driver always running when I wanna shut down and get messages...and of course I cannot use the scanner because HP precisionScanLT says another programm is having access to the scanner which I think is this running driver but where can I find it and how stop it from running without deleting it because I'm afraid otherwise the scan software won't work anymore?
Sorry I am not a specialist but I have no idea how to solve this problem any suggestions???
