A start would be to identify the hardware properly.

1: Installed on a retail or OEM motherboard? The brand and model?

2: Installed in an oem pc system? The brand and model?

3: The sound chipset number?

Intel 82801 is not a sound chipset. Sound chipsets are made by companies like Realtek, Cmedia, ADI SoundMax, and Sigmatel. These 4 brands comprise about 95% of sound chipsets made around the world.

Did you even bother to read the dozens and dozens of threads identical to yours?
