I recently updated my OS to windows XP on my Toshiba notebook (Portege 7020CT), and didn't back-up the drivers to the DVD player - I can hear the sound through the Windows Media Player but no picture and the program which used to open automatically whenever a DVD was inserted now refuses to work. Can someone please help??
