This scanner is not supported in Windows XP and will never work in Windows XP because of hardware design. No XP drivers exist for this model. Windows XP does not like or get along well with most parallel port scanner models.

There were drivers written for Windows 2000 and Windows NT and are posted here: http://www.foxlinkimage.com/driver_all.htm

but I can tell you that they won't work in Windows XP.
