I need a Mustek-Bearpaw 1200CU Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit driver. This scanner is cca. 4 years old, and XP driver is not good for this device.

No Vista driver exists for this model that I'm aware of. 4 years ago, when it was built, Vista was only a distant thought to Microsoft. I doubt Mustek will ever release Vista drivers for this model.

I'm not sure if it'll work, but i've found out a way to install a mustek 600 CU under vista, maybe it'll work for a BP 1200 CU as well:
