I bought a dual camera from Avon, it was made in China and they call them 3 in 1 pen shaped camera

problem, I install the driver, it works with the web cam feature but it give me an error message when I try to get the photos I took

Is there some vista/ 32 compatable software that will identify the device and can retrieve the taken photos...
