We do not have a stash of ZT notebook drivers on hand. So how can we help you?..... when we would have the same prompt for a serial number when we visit the same notebook manufacturers website that you did. And notebooks cannot use generic drivers... they must have specific drivers made for that notebook by the manufacturer.

Most notebooks have software installed that will provide system information. I suggest you look into finding that software that will tell you what you don't know about your system. Loosing your system serial number (or worse, never knowing it), is like loosing (or forgetting) the password to your notebook. Nobody else can determine what the serial number is.... that's up to you to determine. In this case, you must help yourself as no one else can.
