What are you describing with "1450"? Is this a NIC adapter device model number or is "1450" a Dell pc system number?

Dell support = Dell website (support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen)

Jerry K. - It's a Dell Wireless USB Adapter

Did you ever find a driver for Windows 98? I'm also looking for the same driver.

I'm not looking for this driver, member klawlor218 is. I provided a link to the Dell website so why not take advantage of it and look for the driver.

And do you mean USB Wireless Network Adapter?

However, please take note that you won't get very far on the Dell website without a system pc model number or system serial number. Either of you have not posted that information so we have no way to search for it without knowing what pc system it came installed in. Why you people expect miracles here is beyond me. All you have to do to find a driver it go to the Dell website and look... we cannot because you didn't provide the required information.

Come on, I'd give the guys (or gals) a break! They mentioned at the start of their first post that is was a Dell 1450 wireless USB adapter - ones that were distributed with a lot of different Dell computers about a year and a half ago. They have no Dell service tag or standard model numbers on them, outside of Dell 1450 Wireless USB Adapter. I'm looking for a Windows ME driver for one of these USB adapters. I looked on Dell's website first, but no joy. It looks as if they only support Windows 2000 and XP. The reason for my being here is to see if there are any 3rd party or home-grown drivers available. I'm guessing that there are not.

Thanks for the assistance and good luck!

yea. lots of folks say "I have so and so" but unless you describe what your describing, we have no way to look. Like I said earlier, Dell provides drivers based on the pc it came installed in, not by the device.
