I have heard about programs that I can use to monitor different aspects of the main board, IE heat and fan RPM's and the like, but I do not know what software can do this or where to find it.. I run Windows XP, and my mainboard is a Gigabyte GA-7ZXE

there is a number of different products you can get for this
if you check computer magazines they always have free software for this.
sysoft sandra is a great program that i use it tells me everything i need to know about my computer all in different catagories.
even if you search the internet you should find free software for this.
