That is an OLD motherboard, and it uses an onboard videochip, made by SiS:

SiS NEVER upgraded the original motherboard chipset drivers (SiS530) to work with WinXP, so you will have to find and install a PCI videocard that has WinXP drivers, if you want to use that board with WinXP...

Wish I had better news for you, but really old hardware won't work well with a resource-hog OS like WinXP. You'd be better off using a simple Linux distro with hardware that old...
