Your Iwill motherboard uses a VIA chipset; for Win98/Win98SE, you need to install these motherboard chipset drivers:

http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/VIA_4in1_443v.zip

Just right-click that link, and SAVE the file (do NOT try to open it); save it to your Desktop, or some other place where you can find it easily. Unzip the file, then run the executable file ("4in1_443v.exe") to install the motherboard chipset drivers...

Once the install is completed, REBOOT THE SYSTEM. Do NOT try to avoid or prevent rebooting; Windows will delete old files and install new ones during the reboot, so do not interfere with the process...

When you get back to the Desktop, you will be ready to install drivers for the videocard, DirectX, the NIC, audio, modem... or whatever other drivers the system requires...
