Is that a Slot One motherboard, a Socket 370 motherboard, or a combination Slot 1 / Socket 370 motherboard?
BTW, the BIOS ID string shows a date of 08/11/2000, and the system uses the old Intel i810 chipset, so the motherboard certainly is NOT LESS than 2 years old, as your support information indicates. Next time, take the time to provide CORRECT information; posting the WRONG details means it takes us longer to find the information you've requested... which means YOU have to wait longer for help from here...
Post more details about your motherboard; who made it? Which model is it? Without more information from you, we can't really help you find an updated BIOS, though I tend to doubt that one would even be available...
For your benefit, I've copied these EXCELLENT instructions for you from a post made by Jerry K., the Super-Moderator here:
To find the make and model of PC hardware, EVEREST Home Edition is a free system diagnostics, system information program that will identify most of the hardware on a motherboard.
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Everest-Home-Edition.shtml
Alternate Everest download link: (offers 2 sites to dl program from)
http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/EVEREST-Home-Edition-Download-16369.html
Run the program and then:
Click on "Computer"
Click on "Summary"
Look in the right-hand window (Hardware) for the details about your motherboard and system. If the text is BLUE that is a link to the web site for that particular hardware.
Once you've installed and run Everest, please post a SUMMARY report here, which will provide more information about your system. Details, we need more DETAILS...

I'm afraid not friend. we don't allow email addresses here. That's why we have a forum. if you have drivers and wish to share them with a fellow member, then use the upload link that's posted at the bottom and top of every thread in this forum then post a link to it in this thread. You try to post an email addy and the post will be deleted... you try a 2nd time and you might be banned.
